Delivery & Tracking
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12:00pm GMT dispatch the same working day. Orders after the cut-off dispatch next working day. We don’t dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.
How long does delivery take?
UK Standard: 6-12 business days
EU: 10–16 business days - depends on the country you order from
International: 12–24 business days (customs may add time)
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS when your order ships. You can also find it on the top navigation banner → Orders.
My tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?
Carriers can take 24–48 hours to scan parcels. If there’s no movement after 3 working days (UK) or 5 working days (international), contact us at nuvria.co.uk@gmail.com with your order number.
Missed / lost delivery
If a parcel is marked delivered but you can’t find it, please check with neighbours and safe places first. If still missing after 48 hours, email us— we’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return window?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery.
What can I return?
Unopened & unused products in original packaging: full refund.
Gently used skincare (didn’t suit you): we accept returns within 14 days—please include a note on what didn’t work so we can help.
Final sale / gift cards: non-returnable.
How do I start a return?
Email support@nuvria.co.uk with your order number and the items you’re returning. We’ll reply with a return label and instructions.
UK returns: label fee deducted from the refund (free if the item is faulty).
International returns: use a tracked service; label costs vary by country.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and checked, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
Exchanges
Want a different item? The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original for a refund.
Faulty or damaged items
We’re so sorry. Email nuvria.co.uk@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with photos and your order number—we’ll replace or refund immediately.

Quality & Authenticity
All Nuvria products are cruelty-free to cosmetics regulations. Every batch is tested for safety and stability.
Skin sensitivity & patch testing
If you have reactive skin, patch test first: apply a small amount behind the ear for 24 hours. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and contact us—our team can help.
Shelf life
Unopened products last 24 months. Once opened, use within 6–12 months (see PAO symbol on pack).

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in GBP, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
